As the Senior Recruiter and Compliance Specialist at GD Energy Products, I lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all roles across the organization, both domestically and internationally. I partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop strategic hiring plans, identify top talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. My responsibilities include sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for a wide range of positions, from technical and engineering roles to corporate and field-based opportunities. With a focus on efficiency, quality, and alignment with company culture, I play a key role in supporting GD Energy Products’ continued growth and global workforce expansion.

With over 8 years of Recruitment experience and a Bachelors Degree from Texas State University in Human Resources Management, I have been able to hone my skills as a recruiter to better assist my Hiring Managers to make the best hiring decisions. 

My best advice to anyone is to always remain curious and learning. Work and life are more interesting when we continue to do both and we tend to find more fulfillment in our day to day.
